Röchling Engineering Plastics has announced a new product line: Polystone®.

Polystone® G Black Utility (HDPE) is a new cost-effective, environmentally-friendly product that will save you both time and money. The extruded sheet is widely used in various industries such as the automotive, agriculture, construction, industrial and marine industries. Its main purpose is to replace wood applications or as an alternative form of lining.

Other features for the G Black Utility include low moisture absorption, low maintenance and great impact strength. The rigidity and tensile strength of this product are also notable.

Here are just a few examples:

• Automotive: utility van flooring, racking
• Agriculture: manure spreaders
• Ground covers
• Liners (with no welding required)

The product’s typical sizing is available in 48” x 120” or 48” x 96” and in sheets up to 10’ wide upon special request. The thickness ranges from 1/8” to 1” to suit various products.
